Oh, yeah. A Valentine's dinner every gal would love, JIB. My husband and I have been together for 36 years, so there's no pomp and circumstance with holidays anymore. After 15 years of excellent customer service we had a bad customer service experience , We placed an online order right before pulling up, allowing me to browse the menu while I wait in line, never has it been a problem and I get my points and it avoids anyone getting my payment information. I was attended by Blanca who seemed annoyed from the start by my order. I was asked to park on the side since because the order had just been placed , when I asked what different it made if my order was online or in person I was rudely told she couldn’t snap her fingers and have my food ready. I hope corporate can re train Blanca to handle customers, I immediately felt uncomfortable and cancelled my order fearing tampering to my food.
