I stopped at the airport location for a drink before my flight so I can't speak to the food. Mike the bartender was wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Honestly not what I think of when I think Philly airport so thank you Mike. Service: 5

My waitress Kathy on 2/18/2024 is what made this a 5 star rating across the board. She had several tables, but took the time to give some extra care to a table with a mom traveling with two small children. Meanwhile still managed to give a smile an excellent service to myself and 7 other tables. Overall outstanding customer service and Kathy was the driving force behind that. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Above average food offerings when you want a quick bite between flights. Good selection of draft beer and a full bar. The staff is awesome, definitely my favorite spot at the Philly airport. Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Chicken Wings

We stopped in while waiting for our flight pretty much as everyone else. Philadelphia water SUCKS so our soft drinks had a Philly water taste. I ordered a bacon burger that I requested to be "will done, no salt at all". My burger comes with so much red in it. So I sent it back. The waitress returns with my burger now with pink. She added more fries to my plate with what on them....salt. Food wise...2 stars. I tipped the waitress well. It wasn't her fault she's not the cook. Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

It's an airport bar, and good enough for what it is... prices for cheese steak a bit high, and I'm guessing not particularly authentic. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

It was very full at the time. So we order to go. My husband enjoyed a Phillysteak sandwich with fries and I ate a amazing tasty cranberry and cream muffin. The server was very attentive. Loved the chimney mantel. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Our waitress Kristen was the sweetest. We stopped here because we had a 4 hr layover at this airport. I’m sure there are more authentic Philly cheesesteaks but this girl was only getting one chance at trying one, since we don’t have Philly on our trip bucket list. I got the Philly cheesesteak with American cheese with onions and peppers. My daughter ordered fish and chips which she didn’t like. I tried it and the batter tasted almost like a donut. My other daughter ordered the chicken fingers which she said were among the top she has ever eaten. That’s pretty remarkable coming from a tender connoisseur. The mozzarella sticks were eh. Wouldn’t order those again. Over all, not bad for an airport hotel. I would recommend it.
