I'm from AZ and was in town for just a couple of hours waiting for my wife to get her tattoo. Across the street I saw this bright green taco trailer so I went... lengua taco was absolutely perfect! My absolute go to for lunch whenever I work in town! The food and service both are amazing!! I’ve tried a variety of things and they never miss! My favorites are the flautas(the potato ones are a must try!) and nachos! If you like sweet&spicy ask for a queso-Hawaiian taco. It has pineapple and jalapeños, so flavorful!! I usually always order one with whatever else I get. My son loves their quesadillas and carne asada tacos!
