The service was good. The staff was friendly, and although the line was long, it moved along quickly. But the food was far below the quality I expect from an In-N-Out. The fries and burgers were at room temperature, when I am used to In-N-Out getting them to me right out of the fryer or off the grill. I can forgive this to an extent, because the line was really long and there were a lot of orders to get through; but In-N-Out is always crowded, and other restaurants have gotten fresh, hot food out to me consistently. The real issue was the drink: I ordered a lite lemonade, and it just tasted...off. Like, rancid. As though it had sat in the drink dispenser for too long. It was gross, and it put me off my appetite for the other things I ordered. All in all, it was a bit disappointing. This is my regular spot. This In n Out may be busy but it’s always moving at the drive thru. Sometimes ordering inside is much faster though. The staff is amazing, they always get our orders accurately from the drive thru order takers, to the team that gives us our orders. The food and service has stayed consistent for years and for that, I am eternally grateful. Even if I ask for many customizations, they always seem to get it right. Thank you! It amazes me how the drive through is so darn efficient. There is probably 40 cars in front of us and we got through that with our food faster than the McDonald's experience with four cars in front of us outstanding.
