It was incredibly packed yet they managed to get our order ready within reasonable time. The staff is always super helpful and friendly regardless of how busy they are. Visited everyday while in AZ: Feb 18-22, 2024 We live out on the east coast. There are NO IN-n-OUT BURGERS in our area. I only ate here our first night but our daughter and hubby ate here every day! We have to visit a INOB when we are near one bc the food is so good. This review goes out to all of them bc this wasn’t the only location we went to. At least 3 others. The service is the same, efficient and well run. Atmosphere is crowded. And if u don’t know about it, look online for the secret menu for other options! Sorry, didn’t take pics of food! Great burger. The ingredients taste fresh and delicious. Staff were friendly and courteous. The restaurant was busy, but I was able to get my order in about six minutes and found a seat. The fries were honestly pretty tasty. Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I must be the least lucky guy when it comes to In-N-Out because every time I order fries w/ my burger, they come out looking like the ones in the attached picture. (99% of the fries are less than 1 inch long. This makes it difficult to grab substantial amount and/or to dip them in ketchup without getting the ketchup on my fingers. It's annoying as hell having to wipe my hand after every small bite of French fries. Please, please, please, In-N-Out Burger, quit being so cheap and toss out the scraps from the bottom of the pan and serve regular length fries like EVERY other fast-food burger restaurant.
