Like all In N Outs, drive thrus are long and time consuming. After a long drive from Carmel, the food certainly hit the spot. The food was great. My well done fries were perfect. Staff was friendly. Late night visit through drive-thru. We weren't sure where the drive-thru entrance was, and asked the employee standing near, which happened to be the one who would take our order. Super nice guy. In and out burger are consistently clean and the food is fresh which is wonderful. I do recommend parking the car and actually going inside instead of idling your car for fifteen twenty minutes where you wait in line. The only problems is the drive threw is getting out of hand ether expand your business or figure out a better way to feed the masses let me tell you I’ve lived here a long long time and ever since I can remember even when we would come With sport teams the drive threw worked much more effectively now I’m waiting 45 mins for a burger with 9 people in front of me then behind me I got 15 people why is this happening maybe just get more space to turn out burgers in and out or maybe explain why I’ve seen such a drasitic change in the amount of time spent in y’all 7 o’clock rush Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
