As a parent please think twice about having your kids working here. It comes from the top and somehow managers think it’s okay to humiliate kids in front of customers and team members. No wonder they have high turn around. Managers need to learn how to speak to their team professionally. You build your team up, not down. Atmosphere: 1

This is one of my favorite places to eat. Simple menu.... even the " secret menu " is simple. Good burgers at a fair price and I would recommend the Neapolitan shake.

Came here Saturday 5 minutes before closing, my family and I had just attended the a reggae festival at the Tahoe convention center nothing was open aside from casinos and with children we didn’t feel comfortable so we rushed to the closest place near are hotel which happened to be in-n-out. The staff was friendly, made a huge order and included everything. It was nice that hey were so kind and open to taking our family order so close to closing with no complaints. One of the most friendly and professional team I have ever encountered at In N Out. ( Usually excellent but I had to give a Shout Out!!) Super HAPPY crew and during busy diner rush!!
