We enjoyed ourselves each visit to IHOP food comes out good and service is usually great. They have a wide variety of foods. My favorites are breakfast all day. Stopped after a day of travel. New server? Delivered coffee without spoon. Delivered rest of food without silverware. 2 cups of coffee, neither of which was hot. Bowl of soup lukewarm with an impenetrable layer of microwaved cheese covering bowl. Fried chicken salad not bad, but was brought ranch dressing without asking what kind I would like. Overall, this has been my experience at IHOP everywhere for several years. Caused a longing for Waffle House. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

About 3 of us went to IHOP this past Sunday for a friend's birthday, WORST experience I've ever had, when the waitress, brought our food to us, the food was wrong then she knocked over my water in my lap. When asked to speak to the manager, well let's say he didn't care or wasn't hearing it. I'm a GM at a restaurant as well, and if something like that happens u don't give a 14.89 discount on a 70 ticket. That wasn't making it right at all. It wasn't about the money. Hello there, fellow food enthusiasts! Today, I want to share my recent experience at IHOP, where I encountered a few hiccups that hindered my overall dining experience. While IHOP usually manages to serve up delightful breakfast delights, this particular visit left me a tad disappointed. First and foremost, let's address the elephant in the room – the service. Unfortunately, our visit was marred by a noticeable delay in receiving our food. Despite our hunger pangs and anticipation, we waited for over 40 minutes before our dishes made their way to our table. This prolonged wait time certainly dampened the mood and left us feeling quite famished. The servers at IHOP were undoubtedly friendly, doing their best to maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Their pleasant demeanor and willingness to assist. It's just a shame that the efficiency of the kitchen couldn't match the staff's friendliness. Now, onto the main event – the food. Once it finally arrived, our dishes were presented well, and the aroma was enticing. The flavor profiles were generally satisfying, with the traditional IHOP pancake selection offering a familiar and comforting taste. However, the extended wait had an unintended consequence – our food arrived lukewarm. I normally don't go to this location but it was the closest to where I was traveling to next. There were only 2 tables with customers and the manager set 5 people at a table for 4. We had to ask the server if we could move over to another section to accommodate us all. One of my party's food (a burger) came out last and was cold and missing some of the condiments. She returned it and found something else to order only for that to come out missing some condiments as well. We had to ask for the drinks we ordered and they tried to charge us for the kids meal until we reminded the manager that kids eat free. The restroom was disgusting with tissue all over the floor. Now this is breakfast, beef tips medium with sautéed onions/mushrooms, hash browns, eggs soft. Pancakes on the side 😋 oh my! I shared the stack with a friend. I couldn't dare to waste them. I had the spinach and mushroom omelette and my son had the cupcake pancakes. The omelette was amazing and HUGE! I had to take home about 2/3 of it. Service was super quick and the waitress was very friendly. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

The French toast was good. I think there was a bit too much Strawberry juice (it tasted a little artificial) but the actual Strawberries and bananas were good. The Swedish Crepes were really really disappointing. I think half the joy of a crepe is getting it already put together, but it was just meh. The waitress was really nice! Anyways, go for the breakfast stuff and skip the crepes, get those from a specialty place. (My friend got eggs and such too. I think she liked it.
