Wasn't impressed at all with the quality of the food.. Ordered lunch and had brown lettuce in my salad and small portions on the steak tips.. The food was okay, good but nothing special. I thought it would have better flavor. It's been a long time since we went to an IHOP and used to love it. The heat index was also ridiculous in there. On the way to St. louis from Tampa (return trip), this was the single worst visit to a restaurant I've ever had. We waited 2 hours for our food and ended up leaving without eating. There was a large party that shut the kitchen down. They completely stopped taking orders. But we continued to wait a very long time even after said party had been served and left. Doordash orders were given all the priority, and the dine in tables were S.O.L, not to mention the fight and arguing going on in the back between the front of the house and back of the house. Our waitress was genuinely waiting on us and checking our drinks the whole time. The kitchen absolutely dropped the ball. Terrible experience.
