2/23/24 Well, after 3 strikes you're out on our last 3 past IHOP reviews, and us deciding never to return again, we decided to give them 1 more try and I spoke to someone when we ordered about what they fell short on last few trips here, and they came correct TODAY. An outstanding job! I can't wait to share today's awesome experience. Thank you IHOP for working on improvements! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We went for breakfast and it was good as it always is. Our waitress Anna was awesome and did a great job even though she was by herself she handled it great. Will be back Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I called in an order of T-bone steak and eggs. I wanted my steak cooked medium well and my eggs scrambled. When i got there my order was wrong, they had cooked sirloin tips and eggs.. Very disappointed, they didnt even offer to make it right. Service Take out Meal type Other

Update: The owner of the restaurant reached out to me via phone and apologized about the service and said that it would be corrected. Since issue is going to be resolved I am changing this to 5 stars as everything else was very nice about this location and service. Original review: We got to the restaurant and I understand that it was Christmas day but after being told about the wait and being seated the server then proceeded to ignore and wait on other tables passing us up multiple times. After confronting the person that was on the floor they said that they were the manager and that someone else would wait on us and even though we had been waiting for an hour. They also began to yell at other workers and say the only reason they were taking other people's orders was because they were only 2 people in the party. The server Anna that finally helped us was very sweet and apparently was called in to help. My complaint is with the manager as they should have been more understanding and saw that we were waiting and at least let us know what was going on rather than waiting on other customers while totally ignoring us then making excuses as to why they should not wait on us.
