Best waiters around. Kinda pricey, but you know it going in. The well water makes the coffee taste better. Not kidding. The paper cups give off a bad taste. The food and kitchen were clean. I checked. The staff are knowledgeable and move with urgency. Still better than most of Route 84.

By far the best service I've received here. Our waitor, Aj, was amazing and definitely deserves to be getting paid more than he is. They were slammed and he still managed to give beyond amazing service.

Great waitress we had in our section, with table prepared for our large group. We ordered the chicken waffles, the pancakes, and other breakfast items.
What’s cool about this iHope in my opinion, is the little shopping section where you can some PA souvenirs or lil nicknacks, I got candy. It was great.
New. Spacious. Very clean. Fresh food. Service has been great since Amir and Anita are here. Truck stop in rear.

I went to this IHOP expecting amazing customer service like the rest of the chain, but that quickly changed. They said the wait was 25 minutes so I looked over at the bar and asked if we could sit there, the lady says yes so we sit. After about 5 minutes a separate lady comes over and says you guys still have to wait 25 minutes until we even take your order, but, you can still look the menu. At this point we’ve already received menus and silverware. So what I don’t get is why would we be seated without them telling us about the order wait, but then later after we’re all settled, then they say something. Worst experience in food service, do not recommend this location!!

30 degrees outside air is on 65 then down to 64 in pics above. cold at seat told waitress about it she never offered to move our seat to a warmer area. Food was cold due to temperature building and in the area we sat.

This was my first time visiting IHOP in many years and first time eating in this location. We arrived around 9:30 on Sunday morning and were seated right away. The restaurant wasn't too crowded yet, but there was a very long line of people waiting to be seated when we were on our way out. The restaurant was clean and in good condition. Our host and especially our waiter were friendly and courteous. The waiter was attentive and efficient. The pancakes were good, but I would love to have real maple syrup - couldn't that be offered? The impossible sausage patties were flavorful. The crispy potatoes with onions and peppers were a bit dry and not too flavorful. I had hot tea which is served in a thermal carafe - loved having hot tea for my whole meal. My husband loved his hot coffee as well.
