Service was terrible. Waited and waited to get waited on. Finally a gal came and said our server was extremely busy. Only 3 other tables were there. Again she Finally came and we ordered drinks. After waiting longer she brought the iced tea and coffee. Iced tea had almost no ice in it. Again we waited, almost to the point of walking out, and she finally came and took the order, all the time telling us they were so busy. I saw a lot of goofing off, laughing and carrying on with each other. After waiting a long time the food arrived. My shrimp was barely warm, the shrimp sauce was nothing more than salsa. My hubby's fries were lukewarm and he didn't get the jalapeños he expected on his sandwich. Had to ask for more tea and a cup of ice. Again ice was melted in tea. Waited forever for them to bring the bill. Also there was a girl painting the walls and there was no wet paint signs anywhere. Oh and before I forget they seated us at a dirty table and had to ask them to clean the table off. Looking around I saw several other tables that were dirty. Other people left when they were finished the tables sat there with dirty dishes on them. We've eaten there before and have excellent service and food. I hop, you were very disappointing on this day. Stopped in for a quick meal after a long day. Was seated quickly, food came quickly, but the waitress just set in on the table and went on. Had t wait 10 minutes before she came back to ask for something to dip the fries in. After that never seen her again. Didn't even bring me my ticket. They were all just standing over there in a group talking. No tip for her. Such a nice place, to bad the service isn't better. Always out of items…marketing materials on tables advertising items they don’t have or are always out of… Coffee pots at every table (left on every table)for customers to touch, cough on etc then they take the miniature coffee pot and serve coffee. When they are out of regular coffee they give you decaf and lie about it! I have tested the coffee on a regular basis and when I confront staff they inform me they can not comment or risk being terminated. 10pm is when we arrived, is 11:50pm still no food. Waitress that took our order left. She was the girl with braces, asked about our order and she seem lost. I just really think the franchise group should definitely look into the management. Is not the employees fault is really management and the training process they have in place. After our. I get it they are short staff, but where is the management, should be the GM responsibility to come help if a shift is short handed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went for breakfast and it took 15 minutes to seat us which no biggie they were mildly busy. But when we were seated it took 10 minutes for anyone to even ask us what we wanted to drink. Took another 10 for him to bring the drinks. He took our order (which was simple) took 30+ minutes to get our food, when we got it it was completely wrong. And our server wasn't even the one who delivered it and when I mentioned it to the lady who delivered it she said ok so. And when our server came back and I told him he said ok what do you want me to do then?! I said well ill just eat this one thing just please take the mess up and forgotten items off our ticket. And I asked for him to bring some syrup and butter and he walked off and didn't come back. So I asked a separate server 15 minutes later to go get the manager (she was RUDE upon arriving) when I let her know what happened she smiled and said ya I heard about you and I will talk to him. Then the GM was there and cleaning off tables and mingling and he asked how it was and so I politely told him and all he said was oh sorry I will talk to him and took our plates and walked off. We had to go to the front to pay our ticket because our server never came back and they had taken one forgotten item off but nothing else and she was arguing so I just paid and left!
