I just wanted to have a nice hot meal but that didn’t work tonight here. We waited for our food for over 20 mins and when we finally ended up getting it EVERYTHING was cold. We told the waitress that I just wanted to a to go box and take it home to heat it up. The only thing of course is they offer to remake it well hell we have done been waiting for over 20 mins what makes you think I want to wait another 20 mins to have them remake it. The worst service I’ve experienced in quite some time. The host failed to put us on the waiting list. So we reminded her we were still waiting to be sat. Once we were sat. It was 15min before a server came to take drink orders. 10 minutes to get 2 cups of coffee. 30 minutes to finally get our meals. It’s extremely unprofessional to fly the flag (around her neck) of a country that they abandoned to be here. It’s offensive to those of us who have and do service our country and community. If you get a job there don't work there because the customers barely pay tips and it's only $2.15 per hour pay check and if you mess up any time The managers will give you one chance but also you a bust table one day out of the week and then you he will tell you that that person will have to find something else somewhere don't work there period I know how y'all can improve by Firing Rusty or really talking to him because half of the time he is not there and if a customer needs him they can't become he be gone or in the bathroom for hours on his phone Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was awful. Everything was just wrong, weak coffee, undercooked eggs. Sauce used was spoiled, bacon burned. Cook was having a bad morning. The bathroom had no paper towels or hand soap. Slow service even when order in advance. Had to wait 10 minutes while they “look for my order”. The buttery toast was just two slices of wonder bread, not toasted and no butter. My fiance and I went for breakfast! We got seated right away, our server was sweet and attentive. I got the beef tips and pancake plate. My fiance got the poblano omelette and pancakes!
