Love the food specially the pancakes they are fluffy soft and tasty not to mention the selection of syrups for them. If I have a complaint it would be that from taking your order to getting it to your table takes about 25 to 35 minutes at the very least. So if you're on a hurry pick somewhere else. Visited this restaurant for breakfast on a Friday morning, food and service consistent with the IHOP brand. All food, eggs, pancakes, bacon, toast, freshly prepared. I've been to this location several times and the food is ok. What is kindof challenging is that often they don't have regular menu items. Once I went and they didn't have ketchup--in the whole restaurant. The servers are usually very nice but the service is just ok. They don't offer refills on water or drinks without asking or come back to check that much and the restaurant is never full when I'm there. The food at IHOP was tasty, and the waiters/waitresses provided exceptional service. However, my experience was marred by the manager, Edwin Rolón. He was quite hostile and didn't provide the level of service we expected. It's unfortunate that one person's attitude can cast a shadow on an otherwise pleasant dining experience. On the other hand, Gabriela (our waitress) provided quality service and was very friendly and efficient. The manager should learn about service from her. This is our first time in PR! Our waiter, Jose Cortez, was very friendly, professional, and welcoming! He made us delicious iced coffees and was very attentive. This restaurant & restrooms were very clean. The food was perfect and delivered in a timely manner. We will definitely be back before our trip is over. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I would have to say this is one of the best ihop I have been too in bayamon Puerto Rico the customer service was very pleasant I would go back everything was so fresh all choices of syrups to choose from Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ihop is amazing to enjoy with family, their pancakes are good and the price is affordable. The only CON is the long waits some of the times, but coming from this restaurant, is something you will see constantly. Recommended to wake early to be able to enjoy with little hassle. Above that, everything else including the service and the food were delicious on this Ihop, Food making was fast and the service from the door to the table were amazing. Recommended.
