Its definitely one of the best places I have ever dined. I would highly recommend, especially for breakfast as they have numerous options in their menu. Friendly staffs making sure we get the right food. One of my favorite places all time! I believe they are under staffed..the dining floor area near the restroom was not clean. including ours, only four tables were occupied.But, we waited for nearly an hour for our food and the waitress messed up our order. I suddenly remember why I never go to IHOP... Stopped at this location for breakfast during a vacation. Our server was phenomenal. There was a long wait on food that was overpriced & honestly, low quality. Extremely greasy and tasted of chemicals!!! I couldn’t believe it! My SO couldn’t finish theirs due to a misunderstanding. I have never seen full un-chopped links inside of an omelette before. Which made his savory omelette extremely sugary & unsettling. Then we were greeted by a very passive aggressive manager. Who definitely gave out every inch of attitude she had. After reviewing our meal with us, & spoke something under her breath as she walked back to terminal, she proceeded to show other staff the ticket, nod towards our direction and suddenly all staff is staring at us while talking with unsatisfied looks. Literally just left. We came in the lobby had about 7 people ahead of us, no worries we are very patient and they’re busy. 7 minutes go by and a very pretty waitress with blue braids came right up to the register where we were standing and Proceeds to cash out her table. Not two words to us! Not one moment, be right with you, nothing and she walked away. That’s just RUDE!! So we left and informed the two car loads of people not to waste their time and informed them of what happened. My first time coming here and last! Good job lady with the blue braids, ur customer service sucks!! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited 40 minutes for our cold food to come out. Was asked what drinks we wanted before even getting to our table which prevented me from looking at the menu. We didn’t even get checked up on during these 40 minutes. Was given the check with our food (we wanted to add on but didn’t bc of this). My strawberry cheesecake waffles were lacking the cheesecake. I went to ihop for my little nephews birthday, as we have never been there, that is what he choose. We stood in the lobby for quite some time before being seating then sat for even longer before our order was taken, that’s also when our drinks were taken too, although I do understand they were very short staffed and one cook I did over hear. There’s some things that definitely can be done differently. Communication is a huge thing in this industry, especially to your costumers, we were asked if we needed anything else, our drinks to be refilled, or really any communication, how our food was, if we needed anything else, my waitress didn’t really say one word to us if I do remember correctly, she took our check put it down “here’s your check” and walked away, my nephew wanted desert and we couldn’t even ask for anything else. there were people standing in the lobby for a good amount of time before a waitress even told them there’s a long wait. All in all, communication needs to be worked on. Most of the food was okay, my chicken biscuit was alright but made my stomach hurt quite a bit the next day.
