It was raining out and where they Sat us the ceiling was leaking , they moved our table over and maybe within 5 minutes of my wife getting up the ceiling tile fell. They moved us to another table and gave us our food but my wife was a little unsettled she just wanted to leave .Before leaving my grandson had to use the restroom and while taking him he slipped on the wet floor . I did tell an employee they said they would clean it . I would have thought with all the inconvenience we had that they would at least give us a percentage off but no we paid the whole price . IHOP never fails to satisfy the craving for pancakes 🥞. This location is open 24 hours 7 days a week. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The Blueberry Pancakes 🥞 are great here, a must-try. Easy to find parking. Plenty of parking spots. Was seated right away. Really slow service. Waited 30 minutes for our server to attend to us and waited an hour for our food but still messed up one of our orders. If you have all the time in the world to wait come to this ihop branch, if not, then skip this location at all cost. Server was also difficult to reach when you need anything. My experience at iHop was disappointing. The food quality, particularly the French toast, fell short with a soggy texture and lack of fluffiness. Despite specifying no sugar in the hot chocolate, it was added both times. Overall, it was a subpar experience, marked by poor food quality and miscommunication.
