very good waitress! they got us right in on a busy Sunday morning. The best Experience I’ve ever had at IHOP but at the end of the day it’s still ain’t waffle House hence the four star. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Arrived very late at Dallas Fort Worth airport. Stopped at this IHOP at 11 PM on February 10th. Greeted by a very nice young man. Unfortunately, forgot his name. Sorry. The man seating me said he was "in a hurry" and something similar. They need more staff if they're going to run a promo. But he did tell my server to serve the seated ppl 1st. And she did provide me a carriel bag for take-out, unlike BURGER KING! The other problem was most guests seated in 1 side. COVID is not over! Dined here 2 nights ago, the only one server working didn’t greet us when we walked in, she seemed uninterested and cold in general. She told us they didn’t have a lot of menu items, specifically came here for the Wonka meal even though I checked afterwards and it still lets you place the order online. Someone in my party asked to sub a side not even a minute after being the first to order, and her response was “It’s too late I already placed the order. You should’ve said something sooner”. Food was fresh and good, but we felt uncomfortable asking for anything like our missing sauces or refills which took her a while to notice. Been here only once before and each time you get a feeling of unwelcomeness. Also happened to be celebrating a birthday, shame the service wasn’t up to par.
