The host supposedly wiped the table clean but it was dripping wet. When I asked him to dry the table, he dried the area AROUND the menu. When I asked him to dry under the menu, he obliged. The server placed my pancakes on the table in absolute silence--just like a vending machine. No cutlery on the table and she was off. I had to ask for cutlery. They had no butter pecan or blueberry syrup--she announced. No apology. She did not even bother to find out if I needed anything. She must have been sick on the day that they had training. They said there wasn't any lemonade when I ordered it since they were waiting for their truck to arrive. My mother did not like her salad since it had white onions instead of purple ones, and my sandwich arrived with the crusty part of the bread. There were not enough flavors. Our waiter was courteous and tried her hardest. We won't be returning when we go to Florida in the future. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Went in there Christmas Night for a quick bite. Place was a mess. Lots of tables not bussed or cleaned. I guess they just got through with a rush? No one greeted my mother (who's in a wheelchair), nor I. I finally asked if we seat ourselves, the kid says Yeah. Had to clean off our table a bit. It was soaked with water so once I cleaned it we were able to sit. After about 10 or 15 minutes Garrett waited on us. Nice kid. Got us everything we needed. All we ordered was burgers and onion fries & has brown potatoes since they were out of fries. My burger was very raw in the middle..but I didn't send it back. I was so hungry I just ate it. Who knows how long it would've been until I got a new one. Our food did not come to the table together either. Mine came first then 10 minutes or so later my mother's food showed up. Her food was cooked decently. I mentioned to the kid that my burger was pretty undercooked and then all of a sudden he brought me a new one to the table with more onion rings which was really nice. So almost $30 for two burgers some onion rings some hash brown potatoes and one iced tea. A little bit expensive but what are you going to do on Christmas night? Not many choices out there except Chinese. I left the kid $8 because it was christmas. If I were able to leave 10 or 15 it would have been that. Hopefully everybody else tonight was generous also. Garrett is a pretty good waiter. As far as the food I will say there is lots of room for improvement but that's not Garrett's fault. Picture of our food is below. Visited this location today the food was awful, the omelet was soaked with oil, the tomato on my daughter burger was still frozen. I ordered a Fresh Berry salad to, there was nothing fresh about the salad, 6 pieces of strawberry, the chicken looks like left overs, no avocado, no red onions. I ask for my salad to be made properly according to the description IHOP provided and the lady who was making the plate at the time start tossing around plates and getting up set saying she doesn't have some of the ingredients. If that's the case then don't charge people for what you can provide. Lady if you don't like the job walk away, food is delicate it goes down in people stomach treat it with a little more love. The way she was carrying about my salad you would think I'm begging and not paying, I lost my appetite and walk away leaving that salad. Worst experience ever at an IHOP. Ordered a side of biscuits and gravy barely anything on it asked for extra gravity sends out to small 2 oz containers charged me almost 5 dollars for it never again Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
