I ordered curbside pick up thinking the food would be ready when I arrived (past the food ready time) and upon calling the store to indicate I was in the designated spot was told to “give them a minute” and hung up on. I proceeded to wait another 13 minutes before deciding to go inside (this included removing my infant from the car) to see what was going on. I walk in and immediately see my food just sitting in the shelves for take out/delivery orders and let them know I have a CURBSIDE order and am given the food (at this point it had been almost 40 minutes since the order was placed). Upon immediately opening the food it was all cold, thrown sloppily together and overall was subpar for two meals that cost 37$ after tax. This whole experience was an extreme inconvenience and waste of money. The staff walked around seemingly confused. I was willing to give some grace, maybe they were busy, but no, one single person was waiting inside and the store was quiet for a Sunday morning. Extremely disappointing, but after reading other reviews I am now not surprised. Hopefully management figures out their issues and maybe develops a better curbside program. This is one of the best IHops I've been to. They actually know their menu and cook the food correctly. The manager, Talisha I think was her name, was very friendly and just overall brightened my day. She made me really feel welcomed, and the staff was great. This store has done a whole 360 turn around. 100% recommended coming here! One of the worst IHOP I've been to.. Went to this IHOP during the cold spell in Jan 2024. Upon entering there were 3 workers, the two males were rolling silverware and one female 'Asha' was doing nothing as far as I could see. She absolutely refused to seat me. She walked around, hid in the back and just plain ignored me until one of the males asked if needed help. The place was not very clean, even though basically I was their only customer. Three other tables left while I was "waiting" to be seated. I kinda regret eating here although the food was tasty. I just don't like when people do not want to work but expect to get paid. This place must have new management or something. Came in today and despite being extremely busy the hostess actually opened the door for us and we were seated immediately. Our server was friendly and went above and beyond making sure we had everything we wanted. The bacon was crisp not burnt and my pancakes were delicious. Best experience I've had at this restaurant.
