Gave food 3 stars. Cause I’m sure it’s decent. But the atmosphere and how I was greeted and treated at the front door made me leave while I was about to be sat. Very condescending and rude. I’m a server and bartender myself. And I didn’t even follow through with following her to be sat. I just left after two people left before me as well for not being greeted. Only 4 cars outside in customer parking. At least 2 servers on duty from what it seemed. Seems like that’s too much to handle. I work at the airport taking care of my guests. Just got done doing a 12 hour shift. Taking care of about 100+ And they’re just that, guests. I don’t think I’ll be back here again. I’ll find another competitor for late night when I’m exhausted and hungry. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place was so dirty we couldn’t wait to get out. The waitress showed us a table with whipped cream on the floor. I had to go request her for another one. Update: I came back two weeks later… on a Saturday this time instead of Sunday and there was absolutely no one here. So you would think service would be quick. No. You would think the place would be clean, especially the restroom…no. And the smell bothered me so that I had to eat sick. It’s like you could smell the restroom. I’m not sure how I missed this the first time it maybe they just needed to go clean it. Aldo the stall that I went in is like the size of an airplane restroom or a portable potty. The food was still good though 😊. First review: I’ve always been a huge fan of Denny’s for years and never thought I’d say ihop is my new top breakfast place. Maybe it’s just because I’d this location. Pancakes were on point tasting like vanilla. And they were gluten free!!! Just on the pancakes alone they get a five for me. The weight was ridiculous but when you making food like this I see why. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

If I could give this location a 0, I would. My husband and I wanted to grab something to eat due to a fun night out. We arrived around 1:30 am and waited about 20 min to get seated, even though we were the only people in the lobby. Once seated, we sat for another 10 or 15 minutes for no acknowledgement, not even drinks or atleast water. So we left and went elsewhere.

They are a little slow, but this may be the exception. The food was ok overall, and requests for extra cutlery and condiments were fulfilled with nothing missing. Substitutions were handled accordingly, but for all the extra 10 minutes after est pickup time: the food was cold. Restaurant was pretty empty at the time, so.. unsure what happened.
