How the heck are yall gunna say yall are OPEN ONLINE AND with ALL OPEN LIGHTS ON and then have the door LOCKED? not to mention yall are cleaning inside and can see is and don't even bother to say or do anything? Like turn off the open lights if you aren't open. Please and thanks.

I am SO very thankful that Ichiban has done so well! The food is absolutely amazing! The associates are super nice! Vivian makes a mean sushi roll! Ivan is a master at the grill! We miss being able to dine in but understand that take out only is so very helpful for their young family!!!! There aren't enough stars to give to this delicious restaurant! Truly, there isn't a bad item on the menu! They offer THE BEST ginger dressing ever! If you're not a fan of seaweed, they have soy paper that has no flavor! It truly lets the amazing parts of the sushi roll to shine! If you think you can't eat sushi, yes you can! Not every roll is raw. My roll has crispy fried shrimp! Others have crispy fried chicken! Truly, there's something for everyone! I hope Ichiban never leaves Freeport!!!!!! I was excited for the sushi... it was room temperature y'all! Nothing was cold!! It was all kind of warm. The roll I ordered and what came were NOT the same thing!
