I wish there is a zero review to give. I made order and when came to pick it up they told me sorry we forgot to do your order.. Had a terrible experience ever with a bakery department. I made order for birthday cake before 3 days calender and when I came to pick up my order they told me with easy way there is no order under your name .. what the heck.. I got crazy and asked to talk to a manager after he came he tried to see my where is my order by himself he talked to associates and made phone call.. After that he told my we are so sorry the decorative forget to do your order and the still apologized to me .. and they offer me to pickup any cake for free or give me a gift card.. So just imagine you have a Birthday party you invite a lot of people and when you come one hour before the party to take your cake..they tell you sorry your order not done the decorative forgot to do your order.. what should you do at this moment .. will leave the comments for you guys..

I was so excited to get our cake delivered at our venue at our wedding this past Saturday. At 4 PM, my mom notified me the cake was never delivered by 2 PM. I called HyVee Bakery and was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes to be told our cake was pretty much forgotten about but they were bringing it out. The cake came and it looked like no effort was put into it. It was slanted, the "lace part" on the bottom tier looked terrible. The pearls that were supposed to be placed around each tier was very crooked. My ten year old sister even stated she could have made me a better cake. Super disappointed about my experience with HyVee Bakery on N 27th St. Will be calling to get a refund tomorrow!!
