Food is great. I had the burger with fries and it was great. Thai sushi roll was also great and very different. The service is great except for the hosts as they pretend they are fully booked. I went with my wife and they said there is only seats at the bar available. We dined here on a Wednesday evening, we were greeted and seated promptly ( we had reservations). The service and food consistent with the Hillstone brand. Our server. Matt, was cordial, professional, and amiable. My cocktail, the Bees Knees, refreshing! For starter we ordered the Rainbow Roll, fresh and well prepared; and the Spinach Dip, always a good shareable appetizer. My main course, the Ribs accompanied with Cole Slaw and French Fries; meat comes off the bone!!,,,Yummy. My companion ordered the Thai Noodle Salad, well balanced flavor, and of great taste. Food was really good. Meet it’s price. I really like the all sauces with the dishes. However, the waiting time is longer than the 15 minute grace period the restaurant stated.
