I love this Hot heads. It's my favorite one. It's the only one that gives you a fair portion of food anymore. The staff is almost always on top of their game. However I have one complaint. The pop machine is the most disgusting thing in a restaurant. It looks as if it's never been cleaned. I've never seen it clean since I started going there 5 years ago. I still use it. But it reallt needs cleaned. When I worked at a restaurant 25 years ago we have to clean the pop machine every night. I thought it was a board of health rule. Maybe it's changed. But please clean it.... I'm not even a germaphobe and I think it gross. I can't imagine how others feel. I know it's probably a pain in the butt to clean. But it definitely needs done.
