Still my favorite restaurant in Burlington after many years. Revisited last week for the first time in a couple of years and everything was phenomenal. The menu is ever changing but some classics remain - the muhamarra and baba ganoush served with warm pita are perfect. Also have been dreaming of the halloumi. Even my extremely picky eating 15 year old brother tried and loved almost everything which is a huge testament to this place. Order as many dishes as you can and savor each bite! Favorite restaurant in Burlington right now. Menu is out of this world and changes regularly. Make sure to try the dips! Also a great and creative cocktail list. And for goodness sake do yourself a favor and get the tahini Sundae. Otherwise what are you doing with your life. really delightful mezze for a special occasion (read: $$$). menu was inspired and lively, atmosphere was warm but peaceful. hard to pick one highlight dish or drink; everything was a standout except the dolma (too loose, not tender enough - respectfully i would visit some homestyle syrian/leb restaurants for inspo and rethink those). i especially appreciated the thoughtful flow of service: it's a tight space with near-constant serving and bussing due to the small plate format so i could easily see it getting hectic, but the flow of people and food through the restaurant was so smooth, almost serene from a customer POV. that takes work! hands down would come again Price per person $50–100
