Even though we made a reservation we had to clean our own section at the bar to wait for 30 minutes to be seated. We waited 40 minutes for our drinks and nobody brought at least water to the table, even after requesting it. The food arrived 20 minutes before closing and the cocktail refills never arrived. The food was alright but the steaks weren’t worth the price. I’ve had a whole pound of better quality steak for way less. The staff lacks customer service experience and time management. All the attention went to a single big table all night. No waiter came by our table to check on us other than to bring the food. Moses was absolutely fantastic, the food was absolutely fantastic, the drinks absolutely fantastic! I am so happy we decided to stop here! Mamposteao was the best we had on our trip, just everything was great! Definitely recommend and if we are back in the area we WILL be stopping back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
