My favorite bbq spot in NorCal. You’re here for their baby back ribs, brisket, and hot links, all of which are excellent. The owner is super nice, the food is great, the beer is cold, what more could you want? Great BBQ spot to visit on the way back from the slopes. Got a brisket sando and it was good. Good texture too. You need to be able to bite through the meat of the sandwich each time you take a bite, and this was perfect in that regard. The brisket fat cap was still present on the slices of meat, so you can easily remove it if you don't want it, or leave it on. Good BBQ sauces; I tried the regular and spicy. I liked the kick off the spicy and the flavor of the regular, so I added both to the sandwich. Good mac and cheese too, which was my side. A good place with friendly staff.
