Normally we love this place but the last 2 times have been utter disappointment. We found out AFTER our order had been taken (30 min after) that there was a hour and a half wait, because they had so many to go orders and door dash orders they couldn't keep up. I'm sorry but the people that are in your restaurant, tipping your servers should be your priority. Never even saw a manager nor did anyone but our server offer an apology. I love going into Dover Hog Heaven. Food is always great and the service is amazing. I usually like to stop and see Nichole. Always provides amazing service no matter how busy she is with a smile on her face
