As tourists, we came to this restaurant in Valmiera. Employees are extremely rude, they treat people very rudely. Team members are never solution oriented. A solution to this situation must be found urgently. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

What's the point of having an app that should make life easier for all parties involved only to learn that your order will have the slowest and lowest priority. People who order by the counter will get the food before you and you are just left waiting even longer. Also for an English speaker the app would be great but simply does not justify the long waits. Happened at least 3 or 4 times now. Also there should be no need to talk with anyone once ordering food with app, but still questions every time.

Waiting times are extended due to C19 restrictions, but otherwise great place out of peak times

Only 2 stars for you guys, unfortunately. Yesterday used the drive thru, had a nice big order, but never got my 2 large fries. Really disappointed, cause, you know, it's FRIES! 😔

Very clean and pleasant restaurant. Food is very good, served by friendly professional staff. As in all of Latvia, standards are very high.

Fast food place similar to McDonalds. Prices are quite cheap if you use their official app and food quality and taste is acceptable for a fast food place
