If I could give more stars I would. The food is good, there is such a large selection of drinks, and the atmosphere is so much fun! I want to leave a special note for our waitress tonight. We did not get her name unfortunately, however she went out of her way to give us excellent customer service and make us feel welcome. Both of our birthdays are this week plus Valentine’s Day, so we are in town for a special trip. So far it’s been awful, but our visit to Hero’s has been the best part and a highlight. We sat right across from the bike games and if you know who was closing in that section please show her some extra love because you have an excellent employee. We placed an online order around 5:15, was to be ready at 5:40. We did not receive our food until 6:35 after waiting in the parking lot for well over half an hour while the hosts/servers talked in a circle when I went to check on the progress of my food after I was told the kitchen was backed up.
