On my way home from the Y, I stopped for a protein shake. Friendly, calm atmosphere and a delicious chocolate/peanut butter shake. Highly recommend this local establishment! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

On our way to breakfast, my 2 kids and I walked into Bayside Nutrition and Kathy and her daughter were super friendly and helpful with their beverages. I ended up ordering one drink (can’t remember name of drink) and I liked it so much that we went back after breakfast and I ordered another one and my kids also ordered their own. I recommend this place. The ladies are very knowledgeable, listen to you and help you make a great choice based on what you tell them. We live in California but would definitely go again if I’m in their area.
