Castle was beautiful! Fun to walk around inside. There was a lot of full rooms with antique furniture to match, a lot more than other castles in the country. Felt like we had the place to ourself.

I'm from Israel and I didn't find my country on the interactive map in the castle. I'm against to demonstrate your political view in the castle and discriminate people who supports other side. Why should i buy the tickets to see the palestine flag? I will complaint to the government site.

Estávamos passando pela autopista e me deparei do outro lado que havia um Castelo! Não imaginaria que voltaria à história da guerra de 1940 quando os paraquedistas caíram por engano lá. Muitas homenagens e uma vibe interessante.

The castle is located amidst fields and wilderness. Ideal for a bicycle ride or a walk. You have to take rather a longer route to enter but the surrounding is greenish and very pleasing. The castle had a war re-enactment when we visited. It was a great experience for all the visitors. Inside the castle, you will find guides but you can also be supported by the audio guide. I think the castle also accommodate functions like weddings, etc. At the entrance , there is a nice restaurant that serves delicious foods. Not a huge variety but the foods and drinks are very tasty and comparatively cheap. Overall, it is a very enjoyable experience !

A Beautiful & Small Castle nestled in a lovely serene environment. A bus stop right outside helps many commuters. Lots of car parking space. Even on a weekend there was not so much rush. There is a restaurant inside the castle and plenty of walking paths. You can take the castle tour on payment too.

Absolutely beautiful. We did not go inside but the exterior was well worth the visit. It's significance in the history of the Netherlands in WWII and the memorials for the US Paratroopers who landed there during the liberation were amazing

Place looks nice, enough parking and a fine place to have a drink. Couldn't go inside because of a wedding. Also a good place to wander around.

A beautiful little gem of a castle. Even on the weekend it was not particularly busy at all. Helpful volunteer who explained everything to us. Would certainly recommend.

Looking for a relaxing day plan? This is a nice option, we like the castle and the surroundings. It takes around 1h 30min to visit calmly. There is a café there with a nice terrace.
