Checkout with cashier is confusing. Apparently there's a central line that's not obvious. Also one cashier was working without the light on so I went to two other cashiers and they said they were closed.
I come here just to buy my cakes made by JASMINE she is a awesome person with a beautiful personality and a brilliant amazing cake designer when I come I always get great customer service she has patience and very understanding

I was so happy a Harris teeter came to Laurel. However my excitement was for naught. This is the worse Harris teeter in all of Maryland. Corporate Needs to audit Management. The managers have no idea how to manage this store based on Harris teeters core values. Each time I shop here, I need a manager for the most simplest reasons. I have done the same transaction at other Harris teeters and have no issues. Driving the extra miles north is definitely worth it!

Need to find a new grocery store in Laurel. With the prices indicative of a Harris Teeter you would think they can afford cashiers. Many times over the past month there have been zero cashiers. It’s ok to do self check out with a few items but not full basket. Where is the manager? Perhaps they should be checking out customers if staff can’t manage to come to work.
Don’t understand why the lines are always long on the weekdays. It’s really annoying this seems like it’s becoming the new norm.

Food quality an on going issue Purchase chibatta bread from the baked goods section on wed. The next day discovered significant mold on bread. Had not even opened the package. Mold was visible through the package. I had to go back to return the item. I do not a replacement There is a continual issue with quality of food. Previous had to return guacamole that was black on top. I have never experienced this problem with any other grocery. Not sure if it is the location or the overall brand Why does a customer have to verify the food quality as a health issue Check your food carefully Verify Price paid vs price on shelf

Meats and produce are always fresh, staff is pleasantly helpful. I experienced my 1st Harris Teeter in 2002, Greensboro, NC.
This store rocks! Always clean and always welcomed. I go quite often to this location but this was my first time getting a cake. Due to a impromptu party, I needed a cake for a very important person but all the cakes that were out were not really in line with the idea of throwing a party for him. These two ladies came over, asked what was the event, asked if they could help, and prepared of the cakes with writing for me in a matter of hours to match the theme. Not only did the party go on without a hitch, but everyone loved the cake!!! This is literally what it means to go above and beyond for your customers. I will never stop recommending or going to this Harris Teeter. Thank you so much for everything!

One of my favorite supermarkets. I first saw a HT when I lived in Charlotte, NC. I’m so glad we have a HT here in Laurel- produce, seafood and everything is always fresh. I notice I have to get here super early if I want wingettes but, that’s fine by me the earlier the better! They also have a Starbucks inside!
Even better than I imagined. I had heard these were nice. Very good selection of specialty products and good prices on things you need every day. The lighting in this store is even worth mentioning. Energy saving, yet bright and inviting. Prepared foods sections are the best in the industry.
