This is the 3rd time I've ordered crispy chicken and all three times, it's been tough and dry like it was cooked, got cold and thrown back in the fryer. I'm usually already home before I eat it and I am not driving back across town to return it. When we came in after a very early morning, we were greeted with friendly attitudes and smiling faces. Jenna and Bre made sure everything was correct and came out the way it was supposed to. We had my grandchildren with us and they made a point to interact with them and make them feel special. The food came out hot and was very good. After a horrible experience at a Joplin Hardee's. We decided to try again at this location. And WOW! Super friendly staff, amazingly delicious and hot food and clean bathrooms.
