The ladies bathroom door at the Hardee's in Bonifay, FL is dangerous. It smashed my grandbabies fingers turning her nails black immediately. When I asked the manager if we could make an incident report she informed me that she doesn't know how. The door definitely needs attention. Really gonna hurt somebody. There are no clients at the inside of the restaurant. Floor was dirty. Nobody's in the counter to take our order, waited a long time to be served. The hamburger was overcooked, and French fries were cold. There was no soda in the fountain. There's a lot of potential to improve.
