The food is great and I definitely don't mind paying extra for Halal The wait times are a bit long but I swear it's worth it. It always warms my heart to support these mom and pop restaurants and I really hope people give this a chance. One of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. Very attentive, welcoming staff. Plenty of parking available. The food was very fresh with just the right amount of spice and flavor. The falafel plate was very filling. Would order again! The hummus was a 10/10 would recommened! Recommend if you are picking up lunch/dinner or casually dining in. The food and service was excellent! Carlos was working behind the register and took the time to talk to our party, he was very nice and made sure to double check our order was correct and tasty! The service i recieved was amazing. My food was out of the kitchen within a few minutes. The food was delicious a definite 10/10 and was just outright amazing. **One star: Horrible food, service, and cleanliness** This restaurant is a disaster and I regret ever going there. The food was not tasty at all and took an hour to prepare. The menu was limited and overpriced. I ordered a Shawarma beef plate, a Shawarma chekin plate, and one cheese burger with two chicken nuggets with fries, and it was dry, bland, and burnt. We waited for an hour. The service was horrible, and the staff was rude. The hostess was unfriendly and did not greet us. The waiter was slow, careless, and disrespectful. He did not take our order correctly and did not check on us. The environment was not clean, and the restaurant was filthy. The kitchen was visible, and it was a mess. There were grease stains on the walls and food scraps on the counters. This restaurant is a joke, and I do not recommend it to anyone. It deserves negative stars and should be closed down. I came here with a friend today and he agreed with everything that I’m about to say. It’s very nice inside, clean and what not. I ordered the number 1 (shawarma plate) with chicken and meat and sides of hummus and eggplant . It looked really good but the flavor was a little bland. I would give it like a 6.5/10. There wasn’t a lot of meat and chicken and paying around $19 for a plate it just didn’t seem worth it. A nice choice of middle eastern sandwiches and plates. My wife had the Shawerma Beef and I had the Falafel plate. Both came with a choice of two side dishes. We both chose a salad and Hummas. The waitress was pleasant and very helpful. The meals were moderately priced. We will definitely go back. The restaurant is located in the La Mirada shopping center on Rosecrans, and La Mirada Blvd, next to Albertsons Service Dine in Price per person $10–20

Great spot for Mediterranean food. Keep in mind, the place may be small, but the food is still made fresh to order, do even if it's empty it will still take time to make your plate, so don't expect fast food. Especially since it seems they get a lot of to-go phone orders. The plate was delicious. I even tried the pita chips, which were great for dipping in the hummus. The fried eggplant was a bit oily, but I don't know if that's from what the eggplant let out while it drained. Regardless, it was good, but I probably won't get it again due to the amount of oil the eggplant retains. Maybe if they have grilled eggplant I'll get that. Decent portion for a decent price.
