We stopped in for breakfast this morning for our first visit to Grandma Sally's. It was awesome food, service, and generous portions at great prices. Our waiter was a young man and he was excellent. Probably the best service I've had in a few years. Very attentive. Food was definitely good ole home cooking and large portions. Grandma Sally's is a family, small, neighborhood restaurant. It has been there a long time and offers a diner feel. However, the food can range from burgers to sophisticated meals. I've enjoyed everything I've ordered. This is an establishment where shorts & flip flops are happily welcomed. If you're looking to impress out of town guests with fanciful decor, Grandma Sally's is not the place. But good food and reasonable prices are on the menu here. The parking can be a problem. This restaurant does a good business so many times the lot is full. The spaces are tight and the lot has odd angles when filled, making me nervous. There have been times that I went somewhere else due to parking. Regardless of this, I will eat there again. This is our favorite breakfast spot in town! The food is always made fresh and QUICK! They always have hot coffee on the go and the servers are all generally really great. The owner/s are very present and very welcoming. We enjoy seeing them when we visit; it shows that they are active in their business and care about their guests/workers. The food is amazing! You can tell they take pride in the food they serve and our stomachs are always happy after eating here. Things to consider: It is a very popular spot for our Senior Citizens; the restaurant can get quite busy during breakfast and dinner hours. Parking is tight, they share the plaza with a few shops and a bar. There is a doctor's office across the street that we've seen some people park when the parking lot is too full. Food: 5 Service: 5
