My recent visit to the restaurant left me disheartened. As the only person of color, I couldn't ignore the unequal treatment I received compared to white customers. The staff's attentiveness seemed biased, making me feel overlooked. Even with my white boyfriend present, the disparity was evident. I urge the restaurant to address these issues and prioritize inclusivity for a more welcoming atmosphere. The music alone was simply catered specifically to whites.While I typically write positive reviews, I find it necessary to share my recent experience at the restaurant. It's crucial to address an unfortunate disparity in treatment based on race. I usually don't let race dictate my everyday experiences, but this restaurant's discriminatory behavior compelled me to speak up. We went yesterday to celebrate a birthday with my family and it was such an awful experience. Our waiter was the rudest person and she was so inattentive. I swear we waited for ever just to get drinks and it took forever to get everything on the table. It felt like she hated us and didn’t want to be a be at her job.
