The new Lemon Meringue Pie ice cream is the best flavor ever!! I hope it stays. It is so nice to go into a store and be greeted the way I am at the Taylor Mill location. Adam is so kind and friendly. He is fun to talk with and isa great role model for the other employees. Keep up the fantastic work!!

Stopped in last night for ice cream, one of the two staff members was unbelievably rude! Every time we ordered something Kenna specifically would roll her eyes and sigh… we only ordered cones so our order wasn’t a hassle. Terrible customer service. Won’t be back.

This is a medium-sized Graeter's at the Trifecta. If you're already at the Trifecta dining at the other two restaurants, I'd recommend getting your dessert here at least once while in the area. I have enjoyed the Chip Wheelies since I was a little boy😋

Great place to go for a treat! Very busy the night we visited, and we still had service with a smile! Chocolate brownie, peppermint and mango sorbet enjoyed all around. One other member of our group went for a sundae and was pleased as well. Everything feels super clean & tidy, making the experience all the more pleasant!

What an amazing time and experience at the entire trifecta, exemplified by the amazing service and friendly faces at Graeter’s!! The team leader, Garrett, ensured my service was prompt and excellent, offering me samples of some of the best selling products that he thought I might enjoy based on my preferences. He was so knowledgeable and friendly and made for an amazing experience for me and my friends. Can’t wait to come back!!

Very clean, staff are fast and efficient. Ice cream was great. Bakery prices were also amazing, I wish we lived in the area for the holiday bakery deals! We are glad we chose to visit this landmark ice cream and bakery shop.
