This place was honestly a huge disappointment. It was extremely over priced for the quality of food. Each item on the menu was a 3 out of 10. The cleanliness was concerning. It smelt like a dirty airport and the bathroom did not feel sanitary enough for use. The extent of the mess other people carelessly left behind, along with the monds of wasted food makes you lose faith in humanity. Overall the food and atmosphere was poor.

RUDE STAFF!!! I go to ask a question and either no response or a rude response! The staff clearly hate people or their job in general! $16 for a horrible experience! The place is unorganized and chaotic! The food was HORRIBLE! I haven’t been here in years and I’ll keep it that way!

This place has only become worse over the years. The food looks fairly decent, but nothing actually tastes good! It probably was made worse for me because I made the mistake of using the restroom before I went to get food. The toilets were disgusting and human waste all over the bowls. I had to look in 4 different stalls before I found one somewhat acceptable to use. Only to find there was no toilet paper! The smell in the restroom was so bad, that my daughter had to walk out. Bathrooms in that shape make you wonder about the kitchen!! We couldn't enjoy our meal and will never be going back!!

Showed up at 7pm but it felt like 855. Empty food bins that they never bothered replacing. The food that was available was old. Didn't have any steak available until my third attempt. Why start closing up so early with paying guests still trying to have a decent meal. They're asking you to leave without asking. The bathrooms were filthy. The only good service was recieved from our waitress.

The cashier was not knowledgeable about the to-go process and weighing the trays. Complimentary things are no longer offered like rolls in a bag with the meal. I wasn't a big fan, but my kids love a good roll with butter.
This place is my go-to when I'm working late, instead of spending $40 at a burger/chicken joint, I can put together a quick meal for my kids that appeals to all of their preferred meal choices. I get each one of them, their own to-go tray.

The food was pretty good but the people dining there were rude and messy and I was a bit concerned about cross-contamination in some of the food, so opted not to eat some of the items I normally may have tried.
The fried okra was bomb. Greens were good with salt and pepper. Meatloaf was really good and so was the fried chicken.
Pozole was lacking flavor and so was the taco meat, but both had extra grease.
Overall, it was great food for the price. Kids were full and happy and the deserts were really yummy!

Love this buffet style restaurant chain. My first experience eating at Golden Corral when my family used to drive down south on the east coast to visit our extended family. Still eat at Golden Corral until this day. I love the variety of entrees available. Every Thanksgiving, they have their traditional dishes along with traditional Thanksgiving dishes. They make their dinner rolls available for purchase by the dozen during the holidays at an affordable price. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially for families who like to try a little of everything and can eat their money’s worth of food.

This was the worst food I had ever had at a Golden Corral. We were late for supper, so we chose GC as food would be ready to eat. About 7:50 pm when we arrived, open until 9:30. I have 2 "go-to's" at GC - fish & chips and pot roast with mashed potatoes and gravy. I got one piece of fish, that was all that was there, it never got refilled. The chips must have been there for hours, barely warm and limp...awful. The pot roast was uneatable. See the photo, what was there were large chunks of hard dried up roast. A plastic spoon to try to dig into it wasn't happening. I tried but it was too hard to try to get any chunk off with it. Thought I would have some BBQ ribs, they were so overcooked and dry that I ate one and threw others away. When we arrived, I noticed that the carved ham was down to crumbs, literally. Went back to get some and it turned into sausages. Took a piece of sausage, barely luke warm, yuk. Oh, started with a chicken noodle soup, it was barely warm and watered down. Gave up and went for dessert. One piece of brownie left, all dried up. Got 1 nice piece of cake and some pudding, these were the highlights of the meal. Oh, and it was a Friday so we paid extra. I asked what they added to the buffet for the extra charge and was told they just charge extra on the weekend. The water glasses at the table got refilled but the paid soft drinks did not.
We drove 1/2 hour to get here, we were really hoping to find a new GC we liked as our local one closed due to Covid. The only one I have found that was good is about an hour drive ☹️. Might have to just give up on my "favorite" place to eat.

It is a shame that with the great prestige that this line of restaurant has. This one in particular has left on the floor its quality in taste in food from meats to the palate of sweets. I recommend that they improve to leave alive an experience to the consumer that so much appreciates the warmth of the Golden Corral Restaurant family. There are few left in the city so please improve the food that is so appreciated, many seniors come to eat here. They deserve something of better quality.
