Steak is delicious! Doesn't need anything but on top like steak is supposed to be. Service is very responsive and fast! The price is fair as always. It's been some time since I've been to one. Scrambled eggs were actually good, they were cooked and not burnt or rubbery. French toast was Delicious. The omelette guy was not nice, he totally ignored me and helped the men and then looked at and walked away, I said "excuse me" n he just went over the prep table n a woman told him something n pointed n he shrugged n she came n she helped me. Other than the food is good. Lot's of people. Our waitress wasn't helpful either. Her nails were so long she couldn't carry anything n our area couldn't get her attention and she only carry one of hing at a time because her nails were too long. I was in today for lunch and my waitress Karla was just amazing. she made sure we were okay and that we had our refills without asking. The food was great and overall the atmosphere was excellent Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The dinner food was fantastic, actually, really fresh and tasty. The dessert was horrible. And I couldn't even eat it. Which was sad cause I love dessert. But everything else was super awesome Food: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Good food. I would like access to the pop dispensing machines. I love to fill up my cup with ice cream and then put either root beer or orange soda in it to make a float. You can't do that here. My favorite time to go is when they are serving breakfast. I think the staff were all nice. We usually prefer this location to others in Utah because not only are their steaks more tender less sinewy, the gal who works the grill is a true master of the art. However, this trip started with red flags. The boy at the register was annoyed that we were there, was not friendly and never even gave us our utensils. Then, the "server" if you can call him that, even after being reprimanded by the manager for not keeping the drinks full for the table next to us, couldn't be bothered to keep ours filled either. He was too busy having a good time with the girl at the beverage station to be bothered with serving us. My husband is usually very generous with tips for our servers. He left no tip at all for our server. However, the food was good, and the steaks were perfect! My rating was based on our experience with the management that night. We have been going to the Ogden, UT location for our Christmas parties for over 7 years. We always schedule them a month in advance and always negotiate the price beforehand. Never in all those years has the cashing out process been so uncomfortable. The lack of organization caused us being charged beverages for everyone when at least 1/3 of the party ordered waters. Also, we are a nonprofit agency and have to work with a set budget, our tax exempt status is not part of the "discount" as you stated in your phone call to the other manager. If you're a quantity over quality type of person, then this place is for you. The bourbon chicken would be good except it's always cold. The meat is fully cooked, so it's not very tender. The desserts look better than they taste. It seems Golden Corral is best known for their delicious buttery rolls. They're salad bar is pretty good. And they have a nice taco bar, which is a plus. Fairly good food for the prices, of course you’ll be getting more quantity than quality, but some things were genuinely good. I actually appreciated the tempura fish, shrimp poppers, salad bar, fruit bar... the burgers were sub par, as well as the pizza, but all in all not too bad. It wasn’t super clean, but the staff was AWESOME! Such great service, I’m not kidding! Good for family parties. They have big chunky ice, not the small round ice.
