I am SO happy this place opened so close to home. The atmosphere is impeccable and the owner is incredibly personable. The ingredients are picked out and purchased each day, to ensure freshness. The sushi is absolutely out of this WORLD. I have been to Japan, and this is the best sushi I have EVER had outside of Japan. This is my new favorite sushi spot!!

Loved our first experience here at Goblin! The hostess was very sweet and attentive. The atmosphere is super cute and modern and well worth the time spent there. The chefs were interactive and also kind enough to make us some extra sushi to try! I would reccomend trying the pickled wasabi there’s an extra kick with it! It’s conveniently located in the Macomb area and there’s a few other locations as well. We loved everything and will be back again!

The staff is extremely friendly. The chef has unmatched kindness, creativity, and a clear passion for the art of sushi making. The fish itself is top tier quality, and I can’t think of better sushi in the area. I recommend the nigiri, to really get the experience of the quality of the raw fish itself. The chef offered us to try a few pieces free of charge, which was incredibly smart because once you try the nigiri, there’s no going back. It is affordable, delicious, and I highly recommend putting Goblin on your must-try list. 5/5 stars earned.
