We were there for lunch. Unfortunately it was after a funeral, but the service could not have been better if they tried the food was offered several choices, and we had one waitress that took care of a lot of people, and she did it with a smile on her face never looks stress. There was nothing you ever had to worry about. She would find it for you. I would recommend this place. Also would be a good place to take your kids because it is Italian and they have a lot of things that kids like. Repeat after me. Sweet Chili Crispy Chicken & Bacon Deep Dish Pan Pizza. This was our first time here. We ordered two large pizzas, one Philly cheese steak and one pepperoni to go. While waiting, this slice called to me so I added it to the order. OH MY. It literally brought tears to my eyes it was so good. At first glance you may think it looks greasy. It's not. That is the sweet chili sauce. The slice definitely had a kick to it. Also trust me when I say that one slice is a large meal. It had these big chunks of breaded chicken that were so good. There was so much bacon on it. Normally whenever we ask for bacon on pizza at places there's like a few little crumbles. This was real thick yummy bacon all throughout it. The crust is soft and the right amount of crunchy. It has that yummy small pizza shop taste. The other pizzas were also fantastic. The bar area was very clean and cozy and the people are so nice. Had requested the upstairs for a small party. When we arrived it was cold upstairs and unprepared. Management never warmed up the room in January and service was atrocious. We asked several times for the manager who never came. All food including salads and appetizers came at once. The hot food came out cold and bland. Wouldn't recommend this place for parties. Ordered at 5:50pm and was told it would be done in 20-35 minutes. I waited 55 minutes for my pizza. A couple of incapable teens were running the counter near the pizza and I told them my order. They said it wasn’t ready but she seemed lost while looking for my ticket. It was 1 pizza a grandmas with pepperoni done medium well. She told me it wasn’t ready and she would ask the kitchen, I waited 55 minutes and I had speculation the pizza box on top of the oven was mine so I asked. It ended being right and it was cold. We very much enjoyed our time there. My food was excellent!! My mom said her pasta was just okay. She said she wasn't happy that it was so bland, but we're Italian and tend to be pretty picky when it comes to our pasta dishes. I only got a Caprisi salad, so you couldn't really mess that up... This is one of our local (Worcester,PA) neighborhood “go to” spots. We’ve never had a bad meal here. Huge portions. Chicken Parm dinner seems a little pricey but is enough to easily feed two people.
