I had a horrible experience here and my first disappointment in Gozo. I’m a tourist from California. I sat outside at 3pm and waited a couple min. The black haired waitress came to my table and aggressively said “yes?” I said gently that I’d like to have a drink. She told me that I can have a drink at the cafe facing them and pointed her fingers towards the cafe across the way. Then again she aggressively said “WE’re CLOSED”. I was surprised cause it didn’t seem like it’s closing. The fact that she was intimidating, I preferred not to engage with her aggressive energy and just leave. Other people were there and were having drinks but I thought well maybe it’s closing soon and they aren’t accepting new customers. But it’s weird cause it’s not lunch time, it’s 3pm, it’s expected that everyone is having drinks. I went to the other cafe facing them and drank my hot chocolate and read my book for an hour, and guess what? They were still open. After I finished, I passed next to them cause I was curious to see who is eating. Everyone was having drinks including new customers!!. I didn’t come all the way to Malta to be kicked out from places for no reason. The waitress was very disrespectful and rude, not only unwelcoming. Sad to have this be my last day in Gozo with poor treatment from a restaurant which by the way, we had come to upon our arrival on Wednesday eve for dinner since it was noted on Google that they were open, but they were closed and we had walked in the cold for nothing. These are two bad experiences from this restaurant. Failed my expectations each time and haven’t even drank nor eaten.

Very nice food, although the restaurant doesnt look special from outside(plastic furniture)
The restaurant garden is near the cathedral so the view is quite scenic.
The food was very tasty, we had fine Maltese wine that wasnt to expensive

Nice mix of Italian and Chinese menus. As a family children can have pasta and nuggets . Whilst us adults enjoyed sizzling dishes.

Wonderful atmosphere, beautifully decorated restaurant, very good food and service. We ate dinner here and were really satisfied. Value for money

Good food at reasonable prices. What's interesting about this place is the fact that you have the option to choose from a Chinese menu and a Mediterranean food menu.

Oh my, i know we were famished after a day of climbing but this was amazing, picked chicken salat and fish salad for starter, and local fresh fish, tuna made by the chef. Choice of gins limited but that allowed me to taste local white wine and that was beautiful. The decor, the toilets, everything excellent. Certainly a place to visit whilst on Gozo.
