Baked goods here are always great! Everything is more expensive now, but their quality hasn't changed. Their breads are to die for, and so many varieties!! Their donuts are fresh every morning, and their bagels are excellent, although huge! Nothing bad to say about the bakery. Yum!!!

Very disappointed today. I buy alot of birthday cakes from Giant Eagle in Rochester. I went today and got a bd cake for my sister. This one is bad. It tastes like the top layer is burnt and covered over with icing. Pretty much a waste of $20. Couldnt decide between chocolate or white. Chose the white. Wish I would have picked chocolate. 🤮

The bakery goods are all good and tasty but there's one lady that works there who is really really rude and nasty. That's why I gave it 3 stars. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. Nope,I come here every Fri at the same time and this would be the 5th time in a row she was super rude. I won't say her name or get into specifics because if you have the chance to talk to her you WILL know exactly who I'm talking about. The rest of the ladies seemed to be ok that's why I didn't give one star.
