Gasthof Engel Ehrendingen GmbH in Ehrendingen is a wonderful restaurant with great food, excellent service and a terrific atmosphere. The staff are very personable and make sure that you feel at home. The restaurant serves locally sourced food and has a good selection of wines. The terrace is a great place to enjoy the sunshine and the staff are friendly and helpful. The dishes are fresh and well presented and the portions are generous. The duck breast is particularly memorable. The restaurant is cosy and nicely decorated and there is plenty of parking. The service is prompt and courteous and the food is delicious. The chef even came to the table at the end of the meal. The restaurant can get busy but they try to accommodate as many guests as possible. They even hosted a party of 29 people on a Friday evening and the staff did their best to satisfy everyone. The food is solid, the wine list is extensive and the service is outstanding. The ice cream and whipped cream dessert was especially delicious. There is something for everyone here, from burgers and salads to more exotic dishes. Highly recommended!
