Wow! I had such an incredible experience at the Funky Cow on Park Ave. The food was made from scratch and prepared to perfection! The vegan and gluten-free waffle sandwich was scrumptious. Amazing food and great staff! We love supporting our neighbors on Park Ave and this is one of the best places we get employee lunches from. Their Mac & Cheese is top notch! The waffles as sandwich buns is an interesting take but a great one nonetheless. Everything was delicious! Update: still awesome, best soup!
