We’ve been meaning to try Fuego for months since we’ve been hearing everyone rave about it. Finally, we stopped in to have a beer and get take out. Lovely and inviting vibe, super friendly staff, and the food is the best we’ve had in the area. Cannot wait to go back. Our new go to. Go here at your first opportunity, you’ll be so happy you did.

The atmosphere was marred by a great veiw of the pathways homeless shelter and the heywood community DUMP. NOT CONDUSIVE TO AN APPETITE.

Every thing was good we went around 1pm the place was packed but only about a 7 minute wait. I had a classic cheeseburger and potato wedges and I thought both were excellent cheeseburger was on a potato roll, which was delicious. My wife had a honey crisp, apple and baby spinach salad, and buffalo chicken eggrolls, which I tried both and they were excellent. The eggrolls were a little spicy, but the salad was extremely good.inside was charming and quaint. It was like going into somebody’s house. The staff was unbelievable attentive, nice and friendly.lots of parking,didn’t use the bathroom so I can’t say how they were but I can say the restaurant was spotless.we will be going back there is a lot of interesting stuff on the menu to try

My husband and I came in this afternoon and had amazing delightful meals that had our tastebuds definitely coming back for some more as everything is made in house. The waitress Mo?😊 was sweet, kind, and fun. We also had a chance to meet the awesome owner and made us feel welcome and she was a delight to speak with and humble. The restaurant has that "your coming home to a nice hot meal" atmosphere! Overall we definitely would recommend Fuego Modern American Cuisine and will be our go to every chance we get.

This was our second time there and it was as amazing as the first time that we ate there. One thing I can speak on is the consistency. Many times we run into a restaurant that we enjoy and go back again and the quality is just not the same. Ingredients are fresh and of good quality. Staff is amazing, friendly and accommodating! We also ordered key lime pie to go but it didn't make it out of the restaurant. Highly recommend!!!

We are from Atlanta and love heading to the mountains to relax and slow down. Many of the restaurants in Appalachia leave a little to be desired compared to our favorites at home. This place is excellent. Go get it.
