We took the tour and enjoyed it. It was very insightful, but unfortunately, because not everything runs at the same time, we didn't get to see everything in operation. Our host was great and the tasting taught things I never knew about chocolate. The chocolate is delicious!

The French Broad Chocolate Factory is so worth experiencing. I had no idea the way the bean to bar comes about. It’s a true educational experience. So worth going, book your time and take in the love of chocolate.

Devin did an amazing job as our tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and had an answer for every question that was asked. The tour was what I expected it would be and we had so much fun. It was very fun tasting the chocolates and learning about cocoa beans and seeing the process from start to finish.

I took the tour with friends and loved it. The tour director was informative and funny. It was almost like being in Willy Wonka's factory as we learned about every step of the process from bean to bar. I plan to come back with my kids and grandkids when they visit.

I toured the factory for my birthday months ago. Tasha was our tour guide and she was awesome! She was super knowledgeable and friendly. She made the info session/tasting and actual tour of the factory a fun experience. The chocolate is delicious. I left the factory with quite a bit of bars and truffles.

Such an interesting tour which included the history of French Broad Chocolate, how chocolate is made from planting and sourcing beans, and a tour of the factory on site. Our guide, Gabrielle, was excellent. We received a coupon at the end of the tour and definitely bought chocolate to share. The chocolate is decadent.

We brought a group of students and had a GREAT time! The tour coordinator, Devin, did a wonderful job helping us prepare for the trip. She also taught us about the wonderful world of chocolate making! The tasting was informative and enjoyable. Well worth the price. We highly recommend! WARNING! You will leave smelling of chocolate! :)

Tour and tasting was great! Our guide, Garbrielle, did a great job! Only critique I have is that I found the same chocolate at the airport for less than the cost at the factory, even with the tour discount.

What a delicious smell when you enter. The deep rich wishfully warm aroma of chocolate and coffee. This is a wonderful stop to grab a quick treat and a little caffeine. I have a whole new appreciation for chocolatiers. Talk about a dream job. A must visit location.
