Go else where. As someone who decorated for this store for over a year. I can honestly tell you. This place is dirty. That is the 'delicious' riches better cream WHIPPED frosting on the floor unrefrigerated that is the almonds in an unmarked tub. Cross contaminating other products. Seriously. Trust. Go elsewhere.
Some nice folks work the garden department registers but the other cashier's and workers are extremely hard to deal with. They're rude and confrontational. I've lived near and shopped this Fred Meyers for over a decade and the one thing that never changes is the cashier's are not helpful and rude. It's more expensive then other stores and the staff is unprofessional and unwilling to help. Not a good Fred Meyers location, the Everett location is much friendlier. Save your money and patience and shop any other store.
I actually love Fred Meyers for many of reasons, honestly it might even be to many to list which I never thought that I had felt that way about a store until just now writing this review....so crazy!!!
Store is always well kept and organized, products are easy to find, and the sections are easy to navigate on my own in order to get or find what I need. Staff are very nice and courteous, they are not overbearing and bugging you every 10 seconds like some stores are. They also have wvwry section to cover all my needs and they always stay up to the hippest trends.
Lovely Store! Great selection! Especially fruits & vege's! Nice deli!!! But, Pricier than most other local markets.
1 BIG PROBLEM -- their Ladies bathroom is in horrible shape!!! The tile on the floors need a serious scrubbing! So grimey!!! The stall surrounds too! Stalls surrounds are old painted over many times due to idiot graffetti!! But its peeling!!! Always leaking water from plumbing on the stall floors AND rust!!! It's absolutely gross!!! Walmart is better! Even the bathrooms at the public park look better!!! For the prices they charge you'd think they'd attend to the bath facilities more!!! They did spend hundreds to put govenor's on the water faucets to control water temp and amount. Put the sink it's on is pulling away from the wall!!! I've mentioned it to manager's while in store a couple times in last few years....nothings been done!!!!
This store is huge and has everything you can possibly imagine. Amber, the cashier who assisted me (12/16/23 6pm) was very friendly and efficient. Please thank her for me.
Fred Meyers is a fantastic department store. Everything you want is all at one place. This helps us, the shoppers, by not having to drive from store to store. FM also tries to offer a good selection from which to make a choice. They also are very competitive when ît comes do%wn to prices. So for my family's needs, Fred Meyers gets a big YES!
Finally got my Fred Meyer card but it won't register to my app profile I created. I'm glad the Customer Service lady was able to help me with the discounts for my purchase. She was such a nice lady!
This place has gone down hill. Employees don’t seem to care about the customers. I’ve witnessed the cashiers be quite condescending with customers, especially elderly customers, on numerous occasions. My father has gotten kicked out of the store for entering through doors that were still open, no sign indicated that customers weren’t supposed to enter through it, yet they got security to escort him out for no apparent reason. Months ago I grabbed a cart that was outside to use in the store, and got into a confrontation with who I’m assuming was a manager by the way he was dressed. Nothing indicated the carts weren’t supposed to be used, and a simple “oh those are broken so we no longer use them” would’ve been great. As I mentioned at the beginning, they are extremely condescending. Myself and others have dealt with needing assistance at self check out, making eye contact with the cashier/attendant meant to helping while trying to get their attention and been straight up ignored. My mother passed away less than a week ago at an extremely young age due to complications with a medical device, Fred Meyers is the closest store to my house and being as drained as I’ve been I decided to give this store another try. I immediately regretted doing so. It shouldn’t be that difficult for them to maintain good customer service skills. I worked in retail and the restaurant business as a manager for years, and I would never treat customers the way that myself and others have been treated here. I held my tongue for long enough, it was time to write this review after witnessing an elderly women be spoken down to in the self checkout area. It’s as if the employees expect customers to read their minds, or know as much as they do about this store, which makes zero sense. They are there to help. The way that they have secret shoppers and security follow customers looking to spend their money around the store is absolutely horrific. Customers should not be treated how they get treated at this location.
I love shopping at Fred Meyers. They have almost anything that one may be and 9 times out of 10, they have everything I came for in stock and readily available to me. They have plenty of registers along with two separate self checkout areas, so you never have to wait in line to pay. Staff is friendly. Recommend!!!
While working at Vintique📚Books & Philatelics we are lucky Fred Meyers is so close. We go on our lunch break. Takes less than 5 minutes to get there! Yum yum! Come get your read on! 📚😎
